5. Returns & Store Credit
5.1. Eligibility for Returns: Returns are only accepted if the product received is incorrect or damaged. Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide an unpacking video as proof.
5.2. No Refunds: Refunds are not offered under any circumstances. Approved returns will receive store credit equivalent to the value of the returned item.
5.3. Store Credit Usage: Store credit has no expiration and can be used for future purchases but is non-transferable and non-refundable.
